Philip Frechette 
Philip Frechette founded JCS Process and Control Engineering Systems in 1988. He is the CTO of Millisecond Technologies Corp. and a Board Member since 2015.
Frechette pioneered and developed several technologies in product standardization, digital in-line blending, aseptic processing and batching systems, and extended shelf life pasteurization.
He continues to lead his teams forward to find new and innovative ways to improve food safety, food quality, dairy and beverage industry products, and help customers conserve energy, reduce waste, and increase profitability.
