Andrew Langer

Andrew Langer, Manager of Regulatory Policy for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), is in charge of making the voice of small business heard whenever new regulations would have a negative impact on Main Street.

Andrew joined NFIB after nearly three years as the associate director of development for the Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI). At CEI he engaged in nationwide public outreach and development efforts on behalf of the organization, concentrating on CEI’s environment policy programs. Prior to working at CEI, Andrew played an active role in the free-market environmental and property rights movements, and assisted in the preparation of a legal textbook discussing the intersection of environmental regulation and constitutional law.
