Darrell Esch, PayPal's Senior Vice President, Credit, leads PayPal's global financing solutions teams, which includes consumer financing and small business lending products. In this role, Darrell brings more than 20 years of experience in leading commercial growth strategy and product development in the payments industry. Darrell joined PayPal in 2010 to lead the Global Product Management team, serving as Vice President of Payment Products. In this capacity, Darrell was responsible for PayPal's online and offline checkout product teams. Before joining PayPal, he spent nearly 15 years with Bank of America where he held key roles including general manager of the bank's debit card business unit, head of consumer credit card product management, general manager of the business lending unit, and head of business credit and debit card products.
