Deb Norman is the Strategic Partnerships Manager for Home Instead Senior Care. Her responsibilities include managing partnerships and initiatives with organizations that can help the Home Instead Senior Care Network, while working together to mutually benefit seniors and their family members.
One important area of focus for her team is working with companies to raise awareness on the challenge for employees balancing family caregiving and their careers, and how it affects productivity within the workplace. Deb and her team have created a resource for companies to support their employees who are also family caregivers. She also represents Home Instead on ReACT, (Respect a Caregiver’s Time) an employer-focused coalition dedicated to addressing the challenges faced by employee caregivers and raising awareness to companies throughout the country.
The Home Instead Senior Care franchise network is the largest global source of home care assistance for seniors, with more than 1100 offices in the United States, and 11 other countries. Annually, these franchises provide more than 60 million hours of service to seniors around the world. Norman has more than 12 years of experience with Home Instead Senior Care.
