Ed Kopf is a co-founder of BMC Associates. He has had over twenty years of senior management experience in rapidly growing public and closely-held companies. This has included leadership roles as President of American Political Network, Inc., Executive Vice President of U.S. Digital Communications, Inc., Vice President of Circuit City Stores, Inc. and CFO of Ariel Research Corporation. During the last 10 years, he has mediated conflicts within family and partner-owned businesses and consulted with such firms on turn-around, expansion and sale strategies. Dr. Kopf has written on the subject of estate planning for the ABA’s Real Property Probate and Trust Journal and The Journal of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He holds a doctoral degree in the history of American civilization and has taught at Brandeis and Virginia Commonwealth Universities.
