She is the author of Business Class: Etiquette Essentials for Success at Work (St. Martin's Press, 2005), and Poised for Success (St. Martin's Press, November 2011). Jacqueline travels all over the world sharing her knowledge through seminars, keynote speaking and executive coaching. She also offers train-the-trainer courses to men and women who want to start their own etiquette business.
