Jim Schreier is a management consultant specializing in management and leadership training, organizational development, strategic exploration and planning, and organizational culture assessment and change.
Dr. Schreier is the Director of Training for Joel Barker’s Strategic Exploration Tools. Schreier is a Master Facilitator Trainer for the Implications Wheel ® and Strategy Matrix ® Strategic Exploration Tools. He has worked closely with Joel Barker, developing new applications for the tools, including the Vision Album and T.I.P.S. Tracking. He has facilitated major strategic exploration using the Implications Wheel ® for the City of Prior Lake, Hurricane Katrina, the World Future Society, the YMCA International Youth Leadership Conference, and for Campus Crusade for Christ in China.
