John Stanton
John Stanton, Ph.D. is co-author of Delight Me...The Ten Commandments of Customer Service and Making Niche Marketing Work. John has spent his professional career as a scholar/teacher and as a practicing marketer. He has held the position of Vice President of Marketing of a multi-national coffee company, and was responsible for corporate customer service. He worked in Germany for the world's largest food retailer, Tengelmann, and was director of marketing research for an advertising agency. While at Saint Joseph's University, John has written four books including Making Niche Marketing Work which was selected as the Business Week Book Club first choice.
