Jon Parise, Head of Customer and Partner Marketing, Kabbage
As head of customer and partner marketing at Kabbage, Jon is responsible for building the strategy for how we convert and retain customers, leveraging both Marketing and Sales to drive revenue for the business. Key areas of focus include marketing automation strategy, communications, customer segmentation, research and loyalty strategy. In addition, Jon works with strategic partners to develop marketing strategies to enable success on the Kabbage platform. Prior to joining Kabbage, Jon was a client strategy partner with rDialogue, a loyalty and customer relationship marketing consulting firm based in Atlanta. At rDialogue, Jon led client projects focused on loyalty program development, customer experience and CRM with a range of clients, including Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, AutoTrader.com, Manheim, Merial, and The PGA of America. Jon received his undergraduate degree from Marquette University and an MBA from The University of North Carolina, both of which help explain why he loves college basketball.
