Josephine Uwineza
Josephine Uwineza, known as "Fina" Uwineza is the owner of Flamingo Restaurant, which was the first Chinese restaurant in Rwanda's capital city of Kigali. The restaurant employs 21 people. She also owns Fina's Freshings, an agribusiness company working with farmers from rural areas. She works with local farmers and sells her products on a local level, but hopes to expand into the exporting business.
