Nancy Blackman
Nancy Blackman has been the director of Triangle South Enterprise Center and the Harnett County Small Business Center since 1990. Nancy has a degree in accounting and had owned and operated a family business for 20 years prior to joining Central Carolina Community College.
To assist with small business development in the area, Nancy works with the Dunn Area Committee of 100, Inc. and is the contact person for the Intermediary Relending Program. This program provides small loans for clients in rural areas of 19 counties.
