They offer customer facing technology like www.efile4biz.com and www.efile1099now.com and also back end operations that include a SOC II and HIPAA certified print and mail facility and a group of programmers dedicated to building W2, 1099 and ACA filing software and solutions. They are also an official Efiler with the IRS for 1099’s, W-2’s and the ACA forms.
Rick has had a rich career that began as an insurance underwriter but quickly moved into sales, operations and management roles at different companies that partnered with Intuit, Staples, Office Depot and others. In 2008, he became President of TFP Data Systems, the leading manufacturer of 1099, W-2 and ACA tax forms, envelopes and software. He has since transformed the company from a forty-year old tax form printer into a leading Wage and Income Reporting technology company with numerous capabilities to service Fortune 1000 companies, Small Businesses, the Accountant Sector and Financial Software Companies. He relishes the role as an innovator and a “disrupter” to older, inefficient processes while still maintaining the industry leader role in the traditional business.
He lives in Spokane, WA with his wife and two children. He still plays competitive soccer and has a passion for fly fishing on the pristine rivers of North Idaho.
