Sam Kazman
Sam Kazman is the Competitive Enterprise Institute's general counsel.
Prior to joining CEI in 1986, he was managing attorney of the Washington DC office of the Pacific Legal Foundation.
His op-eds and articles have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, the Washington Post, and National Review, and he has appeared on nationally broadcast programs such as The Today Show, Stossel, and Washington Journal.
Kazman is a graduate of Cornell University and received his J.D. cum laude at the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.
