Shelly Francis
Shelly Francis is the author of a new book called The Courage Way: Leading and Living with Integrity. She wrote the book in her role as the marketing and communications director at the Center for Courage & Renewal, a nonprofit based in Seattle. Before coming to the Center, Shelly directed trade marketing and publicity for multi-media publisher Sounds True, Inc. She has worked in a range of business sectors from publishing to government to high tech and health care, and has also had her own small business twice. The common thread throughout her career has been bringing to light best-kept secrets while bringing people together to facilitate collective impact and good work.
