Tim O'Brien
Tim O’Brien has over 25 years of experience in the executive search profession, serving a wide variety of nationally- and internationally-recognized industrial and consumer products manufacturing companies.
Prior to joining RSR Partners, Mr. O’Brien was a Partner with Heidrick & Struggles where he was a member of the firm’s Industrial and Chief Human Resources Officers practices. Earlier, he established, built, and managed his own executive search firm, known as O’Brien & Company.
Tim has extensive experience conducting searches for both process and discrete manufacturers, including capital equipment, industrial OEM products industries, fabricated structures, metals, chemicals and coatings, polymers, engineered materials of a wide variety, and consumer products, both durable and consumable. He has conducted searches for presidents and top leaders, covering all functional disciplines, as well as sector, group and division level general managers.
