TJ Dicaprio
As Sr. Director of US Small and Mid-Sized Business (SMB) Marketing, TJ DiCaprio is responsible for providing the ‘voice of the customer’ expertise across business groups to ensure relevant communications for Microsoft’s US Small and midsized business customers. TJ has worked for Microsoft for over 12 years, and has over 25 years of experience in the software industry. She brings a deep understanding of Microsoft customers from small, medium, and enterprise segments and partners needs with solution-focused value based communications. TJ has owned her own small businesses, including a VAR, marketing consulting, and trade show business. TJ has also provided division wide leadership for product marketing for Intel; and sales and marketing leadership for Unisys, and Merrill Lynch. TJ enjoys sailing and SCUBA, and is a certified pilot. She has piloted aircraft through South Africa, Alaska, U.S. and Latin America; and captained yachts through French Polynesia and US West Coast.
