Tom Manzo

Tom Manzo is the founder and president of CABIA, a new nonprofit organization dedicated to changing the burdensome and unfair labor laws in California. CABIA is currently trying to reform or repeal the Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) a law that allows trial attorneys to step in the shoes of the state to enforce labor law violations. The organization has an on-going lawsuit against the state and is educating employers on how the over 1,000+ pages of California labor laws are nothing more than a tool for plaintiffs’ attorneys to use against hardworking businesses.
