Prior to working at the White House, Dan served two years as speechwriter and special assistant to U.S. Secretary of Labor Robert Reich.. Before joining the Clinton-Gore Administration, he was an economic policy aide in the U.S. Senate and an issues and communications staffer for several Senate and Presidential campaigns."
