She consults nationally and internationally with many CEOs and high-level executives in helping businesses define their competitive advantages. Smith has been featured in such publications as Entrepreneur, Industry Week and Investors Business Daily, and has appeared on TV business shows, including ABC World News This Morning and MSNBC. She holds undergraduate and master’s degrees from the New York Institute of Technology.
