Ken Dalecki
Ken Dalecki is the Deputy Managing Editor of The Kiplinger Washington Editors and also covers foreign policy issues for The Kiplinger Washington Letter. He was a founding member of the Washington bureau of the Thomson Newspapers chain. He then joined Congressional Quarterly and headed its newsletter division. Ken was a lecturer on congressional process at CQ seminars for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, has a BA in U.S. European history from Monmouth University and an MA in international communications from The American University. He was a National Endowment for Humanities Journalism Fellow at the University of Michigan, and is an award-winning photojournalist, newspaper editor, and contributor to military publications.
