Theresa Carroll has co-owned and operated Homestead Inn-Thomas Henkelmann, a New York Times 4 Star French restaurant and Luxury Boutique Hotel in Greenwich, CT since 1997. She is a Board member of the Greenwich First Selectman's Economic Advisory Committee.
The property has been a member of Relais and Chateaux since 2001 and the restaurant considered one of the top French restaurants in the Country.
